Answer from a Prayer

Intro

My wife Jill is an answer from a prayer

Verse

Driving to an AA meeting I was so lonely

I said to God

God you issued me my rifle in the Marine Corp

and I know when I am ready you will issue a wife

Chorus

When I arrived at the parking lot Jill came over

and knocked on my car window

She wanted to see if I wanted to go shoot guns with her

Verse

At night in the parking lot when she talked to me by myself for the first time I cried

My heart was feeling love
