Lyrics
Verse
Out in Southern Utah, there’s a scent upon the wind
Like a desert storm is brewing, let the lightning in!
It’s 6 PM in the circle, yeah, we’re looking eye to eye
Tracing back the thunder from a clear blue sky!
Aaron, you’re the anchor, yeah, the center of the weight
Rolling up your sleeves before it’s far too late!
From the 15-minute onboarding to the earthquakes in the floor
You’re the engine room, brother, hear the lion roar!
Pre-chorus
It ain't about the spreadsheets, it ain't about the screen
It’s the power in the people, if you know what I mean!
Chorus
You’re the center of gravity! The calm inside the heat!
The duck above the water with the rhythm in your feet!
We’re playing basketball, not golf! We’re moving as a soul!
With a little bit of voodoo and a lot of Rock ‘n’ Roll!
In a world of constant friction, you find a better way
I’d choose this table every time! Every single day!
Verse
Merrick, you’re the general, the map inside the maze
Lauren’s bending light in those creative finance ways!
She’s the solver, the enabler, she never just says "no"
She builds the bridge to "yes" to make the lightning grow!
Mike, you’re cool as ice, yeah, you’re cool and you’re collected
When the building’s burning down, you keep the team protected!
Callie, you got the magic, that voodoo in your hand
The lifeblood of the business for the people of the land!
Bridge
I see a leader in Conrad, he’s open to the truth
Turning crazy ideas into 100-proof!
Russ, you took the story and you drew it like a blade
Casey is the fixer, he’s the master of the trade!
And Rick is at the finish line, closing out the deal
With a discipline of iron and a heart of solid steel!
Chorus
You’re the center of gravity! The calm inside the heat!
The duck above the water with the rhythm in your feet!
We’re playing basketball, not golf! We’re moving as a soul!
With a little bit of voodoo and a lot of Rock ‘n’ Roll!
Outro
Pick it while it’s fresh! Harvest every memory!
Put it to the test! Captured in a song!
This is where we belong!
