Rap Bible

Intro

(Yeah, yeah) Ayy, open up the good book,

Rap Bible, genesis to revelation, let's cook.

Yuh!

Verse

In the beginning, God dropped the beat, first light,

Word became flesh, now I'm spittin' it tight,

Adam and Eve in the garden, no snakes in my flow,

But temptation hit, bit the apple, now watch the glow.

Cain slew Abel, first beef in the scriptures,

Brother vs brother, no cap, just pictures,

Noah built the ark, flood comin' heavy,

Saved the animals, two by two, gettin' ready.

Abraham hustle, stars in the sky count,

Promised land comin', no room for the doubt,

Moses split the sea, Red Sea part like my bars,

Pharaoh's army drowned, chasin' dreams from afar.

Ten commandments etched in stone, law of the land,

Thou shalt not steal flows, keep it pure in your hand,

David slayed Goliath, pebble pop like a nine,

Giant fell flat, now the throne's mine, ayy!

Yuh, prophets risin', Isaiah, Jeremiah spittin' fire,

Woe to the wicked, judgment day gettin' higher.

Chorus

Rap Bible, holy ghost in the cypher,

Drop truth bombs, make the heavens decipher,

Amen, amen, feel the spirit ignite,

Rap Bible, yuh, we read it every night!

Rap Bible, holy ghost in the cypher,

Drop truth bombs, make the heavens decipher,

Amen, amen, feel the spirit ignite,

Rap Bible, (Bible), keep the faith, hold tight!

Verse

Jesus walked water, turnin' H2O to wine,

Fed the five thousand, miracle on the line,

Sermon on the mount, blessed are the meek,

Turn the other cheek, but I turn up the heat.

Lazarus rise up, four days in the tomb,

Callin' shots from the grave, bustin' out the cocoon,

Last supper vibes, bread and wine, body and blood,

Betrayed by Judas, thirty pieces, dirty flood.

Crucified, crown of thorns, nails in the wrist,

Rose on the third, death couldn't resist,

Disciples spread the gospel, Pentecost flame,

Tongues of fire, changin' the game.

Paul on the road, scales fall from eyes,

From persecutor to preacher, no disguise,

Revelation seals break, horsemen ride wild,

Armageddon comin', but faith reconciled, ayy!

Yuh, alpha and omega, first and the last,

Rap Bible eternal, shadows in the past.

Chorus

Drop truth bombs, make the heavens decipher,

Verse

Now live it out, love thy neighbor, no hate,

Forgive seventy times seven, elevate the state,

Golden rule simple, do unto others the same,

Build your kingdom here, put your hustle to flame.

No graven images, worship the real,

Not idols or chains, keep your spirit concealed,

Sabbath day rest, recharge the f
