Victory in Praise

Intro

(Clapping on the 2 and 4)

(Heavy drums and bright keys)

Yeah! We’re lifting it up today!

The battle is the Lord’s!

Verse

I’m not waiting for the clouds to part

I’ve got a song beating in my heart

Though the giants stand ten feet tall

I know the way the shadows fall

Before the breakthrough, I’ll find my voice

In every season, I’ll make the choice!

Chorus

May we shout for joy over Your victory!

Lifting up our banners for the world to see!

In the name of our God, we take our stand

The King of Glory has the upper hand!

May the Lord grant every request you made

In the light of His love, the fears will fade!

Bridge

Praise unlocks the joy (Yeah!)

Praise breaks every chain (C’mon!)

We aren't singing for a "maybe"

We’re singing in His name!

Praise unlocks the joy (Yeah!)

Praise breaks every chain (C’mon!)

We aren't singing for a "maybe"

We’re singing in His name!

Chorus

May we shout for joy over Your victory!

Lifting up our banners for the world to see!

In the name of our God, we take our stand

The King of Glory has the upper hand!

May the Lord grant every request you made

In the light of His love, the fears will fade!

Outro

We shout! (Joy!)

We lift it up! (Victory!)

Our banners are high!

Amen, Amen!
