Met her on the docks where the metal sparks fly, Hard hat tilted, fire in her eye. She moved like the wind through the welding flame, And damn, from that day, I never worked the same. Lunch break glances, steel-toe flirtin’, Tight grip on my drill but my heart was hurtin’. She said, “Let’s climb high where the boss won’t see,” Now we meet in the crane, just her and me.
