I'm writing this song about my late wife Patricia, who passed away four months ago this month. We were married for thirty-nine years. I miss her so much and will never find another woman to take her place. She was an angel in my life and knew how to make me happy. She loved our children and me. She worked hard for many years, took care of me during my surgeries, and I loved singing for her. She loved working in the yard and taking long walks around the neighborhood. I miss my wife Patricia, and I would have given my life for her to remain and continue her walk with the Lord. I am so lonely without her touch, her smile, her embrace, and the times we travelled together out of town. I would love to go back in time and do it all over again to be with her. Now she is gone to heaven, and I am left here alone in this world with nothing but my memories of the most remarkable woman I have ever known. She was my light and comfort, and she filled my whole heart chamber with love. I dream that when my last breath leaves me, we will meet again in the clouds of glory forever. And once again, I will be with the Angel I once lost in life. We drove from Phoenix to Tennessee in 1998 and made another life for ourselves in Clarksville, where our lives played out till our dying day. I've never felt the deepness from the way my spirit feels, but only Jesus knows my suffering as I carry on without her spirit.
