Following the Narrow Path

Chorus

Following the narrow path

The Lord prepared for me

one by one each step revealed

once blind but now I see

His Righteousness, with belt of Truth

in shoes of Peace I walk

With Faith, salvation, Spirit's Sword

In prayer with God I talk

I am not a perfect man

We're sinners one and all

But we serve a Perfect God

Who saved us from the fall

Verse

Through pasts of pain and sadness

true happiness was sown

Walking with our Risen Lord

Now I never walk alone

The Helper here to guide me

Discerning right from wrong

His Word to me is music

Each day I sing along

My sins have been forgiven

My illness He has healed

When Savior gave His life for man

God's great love was revealed

Chorus

Following the narrow path

The Lord prepared for me

one by one each step revealed

once blind but now I see

His Righteousness, with belt of Truth

in shoes of Peace I walk

With Faith, salvation, Spirit's Sword

In prayer with God I talk

I am not a perfect man

We're sinners one and all

But we serve a Perfect God

Who saved us from the fall

Verse

In mercy He has spared me

The price He paid was mine

His Grace was given freely

Lord, my heart forever thine

God asks for love not sacrifice

We were rescued from the fall

Thank you God for everything

Without You we've none at all

Chorus

Following the narrow path

The Lord prepared for me

one by one each step revealed

once blind but now I see

His Righteousness, with belt of Truth

in shoes of Peace I walk

With Faith, salvation, Spirit's Sword

In prayer with God I talk

I am not a perfect man

We're sinners one and all

But we serve a Perfect God

Who saved us from the fall

Yes we serve a Perfect God

Jesus saved us from the fall
