Your Love Remains

Lord, You are my rock that stands through every storm,

Your hands have carved the mountains where I find my form.

In shadows deep You shine a light no dark can hide,

Your voice commands the oceans and they turn aside.

I trust Your path though valleys wind and trials press,

Your staff and rod bring comfort in my wilderness.

Grateful for the daily bread Your table spreads for me,

Your covenant of love has set this captive free.

You guard my steps like watchmen on the city wall,

Your promises are towers where my fears must fall.

Lord, You renew my strength when weary bones grow weak,

Your Spirit like the wind lifts songs I cannot speak.

In gratitude I bow before Your throne of grace,

Your mercy rains like dew upon this barren place.

I lean on You alone when enemies surround,

Your shield of faith turns every arrow to the ground.

Lord, You have numbered every hair upon my head,

Your peace like flowing streams where living waters spread.

With trust I lift my voice to praise Your holy name,

Your goodness lasts forever and Your love remains.
