Room 4

Intro

Room 4... (room 4)

Ten steps in, no way out

Room 4... (room 4)

Verse

Door clicks shut, ten pairs of eyes

Floorboards groan under heavy lies

One by one we count the breaths

Something moves when the lights go dead

Korean lines hit like knives at night

“Yeogiseo naga, tteonaji ma”

Hands reach out from the corner crack

We all freeze, no turning back

Pre-chorus

Don’t breathe too loud, they hear the sound

Ten hearts racing in the same round

Lock the door, throw the key away

Room 4 wants us here to stay

Chorus

Room 4, room 4, don’t open room 4

(na-na-na, na-na-na)

Room 4, room 4, they’re counting to four

(oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh)

Ten of us trapped, can’t find the door

Room 4, room 4, don’t open room 4

Verse

Second verse, same curse, we spin in place

Voices call our names from the empty space

Korean screams cut through the air

“Jebal, jebal, let us out of here”

We bang the walls, they bang back twice

Ten bodies moving but we pay the price

One disappears, then two, then three

Room 4 laughs, “you belong to me”

Pre-chorus

Don’t breathe too loud, they hear the sound

Ten hearts racing in the same round

Lock the door, throw the key away

Room 4 wants us here to stay

Chorus

Room 4, room 4, don’t open room 4

(na-na-na, na-na-na)

Room 4, room 4, they’re counting to four

(oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh)

Ten of us trapped, can’t find the door

Room 4, room 4, don’t open room 4

Bridge

(ah-ah-ah) We were ten, now we’re nine

(ah-ah-ah) Blink again, down to eight this time

(da-da-da) Run the hall, hit the wall

Room 4 keeps swallowing us all

Chorus

Room 4, room 4, don’t open room 4

(na-na-na, na-na-na)

Room 4, room 4, they’re counting to four

(oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh)

Ten of us trapped, can’t find the door

Room 4, room 4, don’t open room 4
