I'm Sure

Verse

There's a kid on our team, blonde hair shining bright

Thinks he's the star, shines in his own light

Says "I'm sure" all the time, like he's the best

But when it comes to the game, he's not like the rest

Chorus

I'm sure, I'm the king on this court

No way I should be off, no second thought

Even though we're the same height, I stand tall

Believe me, I'm sure, I can do it all

Verse

He's got a swagger, a cocky little grin

Keeps talking 'bout wins, but can't really spin

Likes the men, proud and true

On that basketball court, he'll show you too

Chorus

I'm sure, I'm the king on this court

No way I should be off, no second thought

Even though we're the same height, I stand tall

Believe me, I'm sure, I can do it all

Bridge

Sometimes it's not about who's the best

It's about having fun and passing the test

But this kid, oh, he's got that fire

Short and blonde, his dreams climb higher

Chorus

I'm sure, I'm the king on this court

No way I should be off, no second thought

Even though we're the same height, I stand tall

Believe me, I'm sure, I can do it all
