Lyrics
Verse
Nana's hands have sown the seeds,
With love that grows in every deed.
Four children raised with tender care,
And grandkids' laughter fills the air.
Chorus
Strong and faithful, guiding light,
Matriarch shining ever bright.
Buns and soup from kitchen warm,
In every heart she’s kept us warm.
Verse
Years of service, city halls,
Councillor answering the calls.
Counselor with wisdom deep,
Legal secretary promises to keep.
Chorus
Strong and faithful, guiding light,
Matriarch shining ever bright.
Buns and soup from kitchen warm,
In every heart she’s kept us warm.
Bridge
Green thumb tending blooms with care,
Mexico’s sun and timeshare air.
Knitting sweaters, love in thread,
Stories shared and words once said.
Chorus
Strong and faithful, guiding light,
Matriarch shining ever bright.
Buns and soup from kitchen warm,
In every heart she’s kept us warm.
Outro
Celebrate this life so grand,
Nana’s love, a lasting stand.
