Sixty and Shining

Intro

Heavenly Father, we come to You today (today)

On this special day, her sixtieth birthday

Verse

Sixty years of grace, You've carried her through

Laughter in the mornings, tears that turned to blue

Strong hands that held us, wise words that light the way

Faith like a river, flowing every day

From cradle to this moment, Your love never failed

In every season, Your promises prevailed

Chorus

Bless her, Lord, with joy overflowing

Health and peace, Your mercy showing

Surround her with love, let it never cease

On her birthday, grant her sweet release

From worries and cares, fill her days with song

Sixty and shining, where she belongs

Amen, amen, let it be so

Bless our dear one, let Your goodness flow

Verse

Grandkids at her feet, stories yet to tell

Sunsets on the porch, memories that swell

May Your arms hold her close through the years ahead

Every step guided, by Your faithful thread

Pour out Your favor, like rain from above

Wrap her in Your warmth, endless as Your love

Chorus

Bless her, Lord, with joy overflowing

Health and peace, Your mercy showing

Surround her with love, let it never cease

On her birthday, grant her sweet release

From worries and cares, fill her days with song

Sixty and shining, where she belongs

Amen, amen, let it be so

Bless our dear one, let Your goodness flow
