Jimmy the Pigeon

Intro

(Ohhh) Jimmy the pigeon, flyin' high and low

Coo-coo-ca-choo, what a bird you know

Verse

Down in the alley, where the crumbs all fall

Jimmy's got a hunger, bigger than us all

Timmy and Joshi, his cousins so fine

Pecked 'em up quick, one bite at a time

Feathers flyin', (flyin'), bones on the ground

Jimmy burps loud, makes the funniest sound

"Glug-glug-gulp," he says with a grin

Family dinner, let the feast begin

Chorus

Jimmy ate Tim, Jimmy ate Joshi

Wings in his belly, feelin' oh so posh-y

Now he's struttin', tail feathers high

But wait, what's this? A spark in his eye

Harold the budgie, green and so bright

Jimmy's in love, under the streetlight

Coo for me, Harold, (Harold, Harold)

Pigeon's heart racin', ain't nothin' but scandal!

Verse

Harold's chirpin' in his golden cage

Little blue feathers, stealin' the stage

Jimmy taps glass, with his beak so bold

"Darlin' budgie, let's make our love gold"

They flutter together, through the park at dawn

Pigeon and budgie, breakin' every law

Tim and Joshi? Just a memory now

Jimmy's singin' love songs, takin' the vow

Chorus

Jimmy ate Tim, Jimmy ate Joshi

Wings in his belly, feelin' oh so posh-y

Now he's struttin', tail feathers high

Harold the budgie, green and so bright

Jimmy's in love, under the streetlight

Coo for me, Harold, (Harold, Harold)

Pigeon's heart racin', ain't nothin' but scandal!

Coo for me, Harold, coo-coo-ca-choo!

Bridge

They nest on the ledge, side by side they roost

Pigeon kisses budgie, yeah, they got the juice

No more eatin' kin, just seeds and sweet talk

Jimmy's reformed, on love's crazy walk

Chorus

Jimmy ate Tim, Jimmy ate Joshi (ate 'em up!)

Wings in his belly, feelin' oh so posh-y

Now he's struttin', tail feathers high (so high!)

Harold the budgie, green and so bright

Jimmy's in love, under the streetlight

Coo for me, Harold, (Harold, Harold)

Pigeon's heart racin', ain't nothin' but scandal!

Outro

Coo-coo-ca-choo, (Harold!)

Jimmy and Harold, flyin' true...

(Ohhh, coo-coo...)
