JMG Forever

Verse

So much changed, so many years gone by

New babies laughing, watching families rise

Graduation caps flying way up high

New love, new vows, tears mixed with pride

But every reunion bring us back again

Same blood, same roots, same lifelong friends

Though we lost some angels along the way

Their spirit still dancing with us today

Pre-chorus

We remember every story, every smile

Every cookout, every mile

Every hug that carried us through

JMG, this love stay true

Chorus

Jones, Manor, Gray — together forever

No matter the storm, we gon’ ride through whatever

Friday fish fry, meet and greet time

Then everybody stepping in the line dance line

Laughing all night, singing old songs

Holding our people even when they gone

What was built can never fade away

JMG forever and forever we stay

Verse

Donald used to set the talent show on fire

“Heavy” had the whole crowd lifted higher

Alfred hit the floor with that hand bone dance

Everybody clapping, giving him a chance

Ronald always spreading love and jokes

Keeping everybody smiling coast to coast

Cousin Katherine with that beautiful smile

Could light the whole room for a little while

Cousin Bertha telling tales so funny

Had us crying laughing all through Sunday

And Maggie held the reunion down strong

Year after year, she carried us on

Pre-chorus

Now we honor every soul we miss

Every memory, every kiss

They still live in everything we do

JMG, we carry you

Chorus

Jones, Manor, Gray — together forever

No matter the storm, we gon’ ride through whatever

Friday fish fry, meet and greet time

Then everybody stepping in the line dance line

Laughing all night, singing old songs

Holding our people even when they gone

What was built can never fade away

JMG forever and forever we stay

Bridge

Love your family, hold ‘em close

That’s what matter the very most

Teach the young ones where we came from

Keep the legacy moving on

Don’t let the foundation break apart

Keep that reunion deep in your heart

From the old school days to the babies born

JMG spirit keep marching on

Chorus

Jones, Manor, Gray — forever united

A family bond that can’t be divided

Through every season and every weather

One big family always together

Hands up high for the ones we miss

We feel their love in moments like this

Keep this tradition alive and strong

JMG forever — all night long! 🎶
