Do They See Jesus in Me

Verse

Do they see Jesus in me as I go about my day

Can they see the difference because I have prayed

Do I reflect the glory and honor of my Lord

Or do my words cut like a searing sword

Chorus

Do they see Jesus in me in my darkest of hours

Do they see Jesus in me when I wilt like a flower

Can I help change a life when I can’t change my own

They’ll see Jesus in me, when I give up my throne

Verse

Do they see Jesus in me even when I fail

Can they understand that even yet I am frail

Do they know that Jesus has forgiven me my sin

Have I forgiven them? If not then when?

Chorus

Do they see Jesus in me in my darkest of hours

Do they see Jesus in me when I wilt like a flower

Can I help change a life when I can’t change my own

They’ll see Jesus in me, when I give up my throne

Verse

Do they see Jesus in me as I go about my work

Or do they laugh at me and respond with a smirk

Lord what must I do to reach into their heart

Teach me Lord today, that I might do my part

Chorus

Do they see Jesus in me in my darkest of hours

Do they see Jesus in me when I wilt like a flower

Can I help change a life when I can’t change my own

They’ll see Jesus in me, when I give up my throne

Chorus

Do they see Jesus in me in my darkest of hours

Do they see Jesus in me when I wilt like a flower

Can I help change a life when I can’t change my own

They’ll see Jesus in me, when I give up my throne
