Waverley's Rising

Verse

Lucy stands tall, holding down the line,

Eva’s on the boards, no rebound left behind.

Elly’s got the hustle, stealing every play,

Asha locks the stars down, they’ve got no way.

Pre-chorus

Mischa’s running fast, scoring like a dream,

Lyla drives the lane with fire on our team.

Mehar’s breaking through, baskets on repeat,

Pippa’s fighting hard, never tasting defeat.

Chorus

Waverley’s rising, we’re chasing the light,

Playing with heart, we’re ready to fight.

Swift and Beyoncé, the plays we believe,

Together we’re stronger, together we’ll achieve.

Ohhh, finals are calling, we’re ready to shine,

Waverley forever, this moment is mine.

Verse

Simon’s got the vision, guiding every move,

A master of the tactics, showing how we groove.

We’ve come too far to let this slip away,

Tonight we make history, Vermont’s the stage.

Bridge

We’ve got courage, we’ve got fire,

Dreams that lift us higher, higher.

Every shot, every cheer,

This is our year, this is our year!

Chorus

Waverley’s rising, we’re chasing the light,

Playing with heart, we’re ready to fight.

Swift and Beyoncé, the plays we believe,

Together we’re stronger, together we’ll achieve.

Ohhh, the grand final’s waiting, our stars will align,

Waverley forever, the victory’s mine.

Outro

Yeah, Waverley forever…

This victory’s mine.
