Overshadow Me

Intro

Mmm…

Overshadow me…

Verse

The angel whispered, “Do not fear”

What You’ve spoken draws me near

Not by strength I hold inside

But by Your Spirit, life arrives

I feel heaven in this space

Grace unfolding, unafraid

Every word You say is true

Even now, You’re moving through

Pre-chorus

Nothing is impossible with You

Every promise still comes through

Chorus

Overshadow me, Most High

Pull me gently into light

What You form is always holy

What You breathe will live in me

Power of God, come rest on me

Let Your will write history

Overshadow me, I believe

Let it be… let it be

Verse

I asked softly, “How can this be?”

You don’t move by what I see

You speak life into the still

Call the quiet into will

I don’t need to understand

I just place it in Your hands

Pre-chorus

Nothing is impossible with You

Every word You speak comes true

Chorus

Overshadow me, Most High

Pull me gently into light

What You form is always holy

What You breathe will live in me

Power of God, come rest on me

Let Your will write history

Overshadow me, I believe

Let it be… let it be

Bridge

The Holy Spirit comes upon me

The power of the Most High

Is covering me now

What is born will be holy

What is born is Yours

Chorus

Overshadow me, Most High

I surrender every why

What You form is sacred ground

Let Your glory come down

Power of God, come rest on me

Fulfill Your Word eternally

Overshadow me, I receive

Let it be… let it be

Outro

I am Your servant, Lord

Let it be to me

According to Your Word
