Reborn In The Font And The Cup

Verse

On the hill of Golgotha, where our Savior died,

The Life-Giving Stream from His side did flow.

Water and Blood for the Church, the font and the cup,

Granting new birth, eternal life to all who come.

Chorus

Are you reborn in the font and the cup?

Clothed in the garment of light from His love.

Partaking of the Body, the Life-Giving Blood,

Abiding in Christ, in His mercy and grace.

Verse

The thief on the right found the font in His side,

Though unbaptized in water, his soul was made alive.

From His pierced heart flows forgiveness and peace,

The grace of the Cross gives sin no power to bind.

Chorus

Are you reborn in the font and the cup?

Clothed in the garment of light from His love.

Partaking of the Body, the Life-Giving Blood,

Abiding in Christ, in His mercy and grace.

Bridge

Oh, come to the unbloody sacrifice,

The Lamb of God offers life beyond the grave.

Drink of His Blood, enter the Font of Regeneration,

Join the Church, the Body, the Bride of Christ.
