Merry Christmas Everyone

Verse

Waiting by fire

Not wanting to retire.

When mama yells

Remember if you’re awake

Santa won’t bother.

His sleigh will pass without a totter.

So you best take a rest

Aaah do we have to!

You must!

Verse

Waiting by the fire

not wanting to retire

It will only be a moment.

before little Ole St. Nick.

comes down the chimney

his bag in tow

and milk and cookies on the go.

with a smile on his face

he delivers without a trace.

Sugared up with enough spunk

to go down every chimney trunk

Break

It will only be a moment.

so best we get to bed.

with an ear to the door

and an eye to the sky

we wait.

Chorus

Merry Christmas Everyone
