Whispers In The Dark

Verse

In realms of Whispering Woods and Stone,

Lived a boy, quite small, alone.

Elara, land of ancient might,

Where magic danced in pale moonlight.

Verse

He dreamt of knights, so brave and bold,

Of dragons slain, and stories told.

But Timmy was just skinny and meek,

A gentle soul, both mild and weak.

Verse

He'd watch the soldiers train all day,

Their swords like silver, in a sway.

He longed to join, to stand so tall,

But fear held him within its thrall.

Then came the shadow, dark and deep,

A monster roused from ancient sleep.

The strongest warriors started to fall,

Despair began to cover all.

Verse

Timmy hid, his heart was dead,

But heard a voice inside his head.

It whispered strength, it him on,

"Protect your home, 'til victory's done!"

He found a sword, left safe and sound,

He fought with courage, newly found,

And brought the beast crashing to the ground.

From tiny boy to hero rank,

He saved Elara, he was the one to thank.

Timmy, the brave, now known to all,

He answered duty’s call,

And he felt the greatest out of them all.
