Christmas Starts With Us

Verse

At M&S the lights are shining bright

Thornbury and Portbury side by side tonight

Every team is pulling together as one

Making Christmas special for everyone

Pre-chorus

For every staff member, every customer too

There’s a lot of care in all that we do

Chorus

Christmas starts with us, together we go

Keeping the season moving through the frost and snow

From the first early start to the last delivery

We’re making Christmas happen for the whole team

Verse

George is working hard to keep the fleet moving

Jon and his Transport team keep the wheels turning

Rob and his warehouse team fill every lorry

While Michael keeps the schedule moving steadily

Pre-chorus

Every load, every mile, every plan in place

Working with purpose, keeping up the pace

Chorus

Christmas starts with us, together we go

Keeping the season moving through the frost and snow

From the first early start to the last delivery

We’re making Christmas happen for the whole team

Bridge

So here’s to the people behind every mile

The teamwork, the effort, the Christmas-time smile

Thornbury, Portbury, standing strong as one

M&S together till the season is done

Chorus

Christmas starts with us, together we go

Keeping the season moving through the frost and snow

For our staff and customers, warm hearts shining bright

M&S together, making Christmas right

Outro

Merry Christmas to everyone, near and far

You’re the reason we deliver the best that we are
