Lyrics
Verse
Eighty-four years in the Temple light,
Praying through the day and the silent night!
Anna was a widow, she was standing tall,
Waiting for the Hope that would save us all.
Then a mother walked in with a baby boy,
And Anna’s weary heart just jumped for joy!
Chorus
Oh, Anna! You saw the King!
You gave the whole world a reason to sing!
On the thirtieth day when the year is old,
You found a story that has to be told!
Redemption is here! (Yeah!)
Redemption is here!
Bridge
She didn’t keep it quiet, she didn't keep it in,
She told the whole city where the hope begins!
From the Temple gates to the streets outside,
Our Savior has arrived!
Chorus
Oh, Anna! You saw the King!
You gave the whole world a reason to sing!
On the thirtieth day when the year is old,
You found a story that has to be told!
Redemption is here! (Yeah!)
Redemption is here!
Outro
She saw the Lord!
(December Light!)
The wait is over!
(Final bright chord)
