Born in thirty-five, October two, Clark’s got a heart that’s strong and true. Five great kids, a proud dad’s crew, And a second father to me—and to you!

Met sweet Mads in Philly town, She turned his whole world upside down. From Maryland days to Florida sun, They chase the warmth and have their fun! (With a friend who studied north and south—what a run!)

Chorus

Clark, you’re the guy who lights the way, With a laugh, a hug, and a “Hey hey hey!” You’ve touched so many, near and far, You’re our compass, our cruise ship star! Happy Birthday, swing and sway— Clark, you shine more every day!

Verse

When flip-flops freeze and shorts won’t do, He heads to Pompano with ocean views. He’s cruised the globe with style and grace, But dreams of us all in one zip code place! (And his friends from Villanova would love that space!)
