Seven Years Strong

Verse

I thought that I would never leave,

Seven years, it’s hard to believe.

From playground laughs to classroom walls,

We’ve shared it all, we’ve had a ball.

Verse

I fell in love with all my friends,

The games we played, the jokes that never end.

Now the lessons that we’ve learned each day,

Will guide us as we go our way.

Chorus

You just helped me up,

Now we’re moving on.

After seven years,

Primary’s memories stay strong.

All the laughs we had,

All the friends we found,

We’re stepping out,

Our memories abound.

Verse

The bell is ringing, it’s time to go,

We’ve packed our bags, we’re ready for the show.

New adventures waiting just ahead,

But we’ll remember all that’s said.

Chorus

You just helped me up,

Now we’re moving on.

After seven years,

Primary’s memories stay strong.

All the laughs we had,

All the friends we found,

We’re stepping out,

Our memories abound.

Bridge

The pencils and the books, they’re all packed away,

The playground slides will miss us every day,

The teachers who believed in us along the way,

We’ll thank them all as we leave.

Chorus

You just helped me up,

Now we’re moving on,

After seven years,

We’re leaving primary school strong.

All the laughs we had,

All the friends we’ve found,

We’re stepping out,

Primary’s memories abound.

Outro

We’re walking out the door,

But we’ll be back no more,

Seven years we’ve grown,

And now it’s time to soar.

Bridge

The pencils and the books, they’re all packed away,

The playground slides will miss us every day,

The teachers who believed in us along the way,

We’ll thank them all as we leave today.

Chorus

You just helped me up,

Now we’re moving on,

After seven years,

We’re leaving primary school strong.

All the laughs we had,

All the friends we’ve found,

We’re stepping out,

Primary’s memories abound.

Outro

We’re walking out the door,

But we’ll be back no more,

Seven years we’ve grown,

And now it’s time to soar.
