Stronger Than The Wind

Verse

I met Niña back in twenty-eleven,

Two strangers looking for a place in heaven.

Jobs were few but dreams were high,

Never knew that day would change my life.

Verse

Through the months our story grew strong,

In twenty-thirteen, Jayden came along.

Our little boy, our love's true start,

A living proof of what's in our hearts.

Chorus

Niña, you were stronger than the wind,

Faced every storm, let love begin.

You guided me when I lost my way,

With you, love never fades away.

Verse

Arguments came, some days were tough,

But you fixed the cracks with love enough.

Never gave up on dreams we'd planned,

You held our family with your hand.

Verse

We laughed, we loved, adventured free,

Quiet nights, just you and me.

Even in the sadness, you were my light,

A beacon shining through the night.

Chorus

Niña, you were stronger than the wind,

Faced every storm, let love begin.

You guided me when I lost my way,

With you, love never fades away.

Verse

Two thousand twenty-one, the toughest fight,

Cancer came, but you held tight.

Smiling for us through the pain,

Your bravery, our lasting gain.

Chorus

Niña, you were stronger than the wind,

Faced every storm, let love begin.

You guided me when I lost my way,

With you, love never fades away.

Outro

On November third, you left this place,

But never the love, never the grace.

In hearts you stay, forever near,

Our love, our guide, forever dear.
